Hi everyone out there ! From a UK Flattracker . 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi there ,
Thought you might like to know there are a few of us actually still racing these things !

I'm racing a 77 XR750 in Shorttrack UK
And Jan-Willem is racing a modified XR1000 in Mefo Flattrack series (he's fast too !)
There is a All American Twins series too in Europe

You can follow links from my website to all these , cos we need enthusiastic fans for support , or more racers !
My website is redmaxspeedshop.com and go to links page for shorttrack uk and mefo and AAT racing .

Redmax is the only flattrack shop in Europe and i support thr racing with sponsorship and by racing (although i've been out most of this season with a broken collar bone , i'm back next week at Kings Lynne!)

Be nice to chat to a few of you guys sometime .(i have a XR1000 TT race project)

Steve Hillary .

Hi Steve,
nice to have you here in the forum.
First of all: What happened at the Amman Valley meet, where you planned to have a XR get-together? Any photo of XR's overcrowding (n>2)?

I know Jan-Willem and his engagement for European Flat-Track races. Maybe I have even met you already at Jan-Willems "mobilhome" during the races at Mühldorf/Germany some years ago...

Wolfgang Möller and me have had a XRTT Project from 1999 to 2007:

We are now retired from racing, but whenever I can support you in your project I'll let you know.

There are a few active guys in the forum. However, they might not yet have become aware of your post since the traffic is low and most XR topics have already been handled in the past. Just try the Forum-Search. Once you should want to get in touch with the author of a specific topic make use of the "Contact others" link in the menu on the left.

Cheers,
Tom
