Hi XR-Nuts

I am gonna starting my XR1000 Cafe Racer LookAlike Projekt and would like to ask this:

1.) A better fork? I am thinking about the 39mm XL1200S Showa Fork from the 90ies or a 39mm Ceriani Fork. But both are no longer available. Any other suggestions?

2.) a sporty Alloy Triple Tree for the fork mentioned above? What width: Wide, mid or narrow?

3.) Street Race Style Gas Tank made of Alloy. The Storz gas tank is no longer available. Any other ideas?
